All System Auto-Scan Diagnostics

Read Codes: This function retrieves and displays the DTCs from the vehicle’s control system. The Read Codes screen varies for each vehicle being tested. On some vehicles, freeze frame data can also be retrieved for viewing.

Erase Codes: After reading the retrieved codes from the vehicle and certain repairs have been carried out, you can decide to erase the codes from the vehicle using this function. Before performing this function, make sure the vehicle’s ignition key is in the ON (RUN) position with the engine off.

Live Data:This function displays the real time PID data from ECU. Displayed data includes analog inputs and outputs, digital inputs and outputs, and system status information broadcast on the vehicle data stream.

Oil Reset Service: This function performs reset of the Engine Oil Life system, which calculates the optimal oil life change interval depending on the vehicle driving condition and climate. The Oil Life Reminder must be reset each time the oil is changed, so the system can calculate when the next oil change is required.

Electric Parking Brake (EPB) Service: This function has a multitude of usages to maintain the electronic braking system safely and effectively. The applications include deactivating and activating the brake control system, assisting with brake fluid control, opening and closing brake pads, and setting brakes after disc or pad replacement.

Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) Service: This function allows you to quickly look up the tire sensor IDs from the vehicle’s ECU, as well as to perform TPMS replacement and reset procedures after tire sensors are replaced.

Battery Management System (BMS) Service: lt serves to erase the fault messages of the original battery to re-adapt the new battery to the control module.This function allows the tool to evaluate the battery charge state, monitor the close-circuit current, register the battery replacement, activate the rest state of the vehicle, and charge the battery via the diagnostic socket.

Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Service:This function manages DPF regeneration, DPF component replacement teach-in, and DPF teach-in after replacing the engine control unit.

Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) Service: Steering Angle Sensor Calibration permanently stores the current steering wheel position as the straight-ahead position in the steering angle sensor EEPROM. Therefore, the front wheels and the steering wheel must be set exactly to the straight-ahead position before calibration. In addition, the vehicle identification number (VIN) is also read from the instrument cluster and stored permanently in the steering angle sensor EEPROM. On successful completion of calibration, the steering angle sensor fault memory is automatically cleared.

Break Bleed:This function serves for the air bleeding in the brake system to achieve proper brake performances of the ABS system.

A/F Setting: This function serves to adjust the air-fuel ratio of the engine.With the mixing ratio adjustment, the optimal ratio was learned.

Adaptive Front-lighting System(AFS) Headlamp: lt serves to learn each limit position (up/down/left/right) after the replacementof the headlamp module.

Fuel injector : This involves cleaning the fuel injectors to remove deposits and debris that accumulate over time, leading to improved engine performance and fuel efficiency. To achieve an effective fuel injection start point and precise fuel injection quantity. It is necessary to write the codes of injeotor

Throttle(throttle body service): lt serves for the initialization setting of the vehicle throttle actuators to enable the ECU learning values to return to the initlal.This is important for maintaining engine performance and fuel efficiency.

Data Manager to help you manger diagnosis data well

The Data Manager application allows you to store, print, and review the saved files,
manage the workshop information, and keep test vehicle records. 

Test Records: This function stores the test vehicle records during diagnostics or service functions. All test information, including the vehicle information and the retrieved DTCs from the previous diagnostics sessions, is summarized and will be displayed in an easy-to-read table listing.

Workshop Information: The Workshop Information form allows you to edit, input, and save the detailed workshop information, such as shop name, address, phone number, and other remarks.

Image: The Image section is a PNG database containing all captured screenshots.

PDF: The PDF files designated for local viewing are displayed in this section. After entering
the PDF database, select a PDF file to view the stored information.

Report : This section stores and displays all reports. The reports stored in this area will be
uploaded to the Autel cloud automatically when you set the Report Upload to Cloud
option in the Settings application to ON.

Remove Vehicle: This section allows you to manage the vehicles installed on the MaxiDiag diagnostics system.You can remove some veihicle applications don't need.
